Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing business, this is a business that looks after their employees and understand the importance of team-work. There are development opportunities and a progressive company driven by their customer excellence.

Day to Day duties:

Working as part of a team of 4, you will be the Customer Service, administration expert to ensure the team are driving towards their goals
You will be the central point of contact for administration around the sales function and ensuring all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Processing reports from Account Managers, which includes data entry into CRM, creating quotations and arranging samples.
Respond to all incoming enquiries by phone and email for a specific group of customers within set time parameters with quotation and technical information, and set tasks for internal sales team to follow-up the enquiry as quickly as possible.
Managing high volume of incoming emails and calls and ensuring tasks are prioritised and scheduled to ensure fastest possible response time to our customers.
Support the Account Managers and Internal Sales Reps with all administrative back-up, including working with other departments for example Procurement, Operations and Marketing.
Key customer account administrative support including consignment stock management.
Working closely with the Customer Service team who are responsible for all Order Processing and post-sale customer support.
